Thank goodness! I found this picture on Tumblr once, and then could never find it again. I love this. I especially love the color for his lips and the pink used on the shirt inside the collar. I'm fascinated how painters use colors that you wouldn't think belong there to create the right effect, and it's done beautifully here. Great job!

Amazing! Sherlock is hard to paint. I know all about that(I'm painting Sherlock as well at the moment). I especially love the way you drew his hands. In the painting I'm doing right now his hands were one of the most difficult parts to paint. For me the most difficult part is his nose/forehead if you look at him sideways. Did you find that part difficult as well? The light in this picture is beautiful and I love the way you painted his lips and eyes. P.s.
