It is real yes. Its done using a technique called focus stacking. I take several shots at different focal points, then combine them in CS3 or combinezm to get an image with a much greater DOF.

Hi, yes its a photo. Its done using a technique called focus stacking. I take several images while moving the focal point through the scene untill i have covered what i want in focus. That way i can get both the refraction and the Dew Drop in sharp focus. I then either combine the seperate images together in CS3 using the healing brush tool or in a program called combinezm. Focus stacking is useful in macro photography as with a lens like the MPe-65 the DOF is minimal.
