She looks somewhat Chinese.
Though if anything, maybe her skin needs to be a little less shiny. It's a nice texture and works in some areas, but it looks too 'glossy' at other areas.
One nice tiny detail is the texture for the fingernails. I'm a stickler for details myself, and I think you can definitely keep building off of this image and keep improving.
