My very first female Kaiju OC in the Titan Cinematic Universe.

Monarch Designation: Swift, Fastest Dino Alive
Size: 172.8 meters (568 ft)
Weight: 330,000 lbs
Species: Mutated Dakotaraptor
Faction: Earth Defenders
History: 65 million years ago, Swift was very special within her family simply because she was born with a lightning striped birthmark and the fastest member in the pack. This made her a successful hunter even as a juvenile. Though she gained respect from her siblings, her parents and grandmother advise her to sometimes take things slow but she always tends to be irresponsible and mischievous with her speed. That all changed one day when a ravenous Deviljho attacked the whole pack in hunger and kills nearly every raptor in its rampage. Swift wanted to help but was far too scared and was carried to safety by her mom while her dad distracted the predator as best he could but was killed in one bite. Left with no other choice, Tzitzi manages to blind the predator with her light crest and Swift’s moms placed her daughter in a raft made of leaves and tell her to keep on running from her fears before sending her drift in a long river. Swift tearfully watches as the mutant T-Rex chomps on her mother and grandmother in cold blood without it even noticing her. She would eventually end up in California’s redwood forest and sleep the largest tree in deep depression as the beta radiation cause's her to grow bigger but remains at her teenager age as well as the reason she survived the KT extinction. In 2015, Swift wakes up upon hearing the crash of the Trilopod nest in Los Angeles and runs off to see what’s going on. She notices Toto and Mothra Lara fighting 2 Trilopod hybrids of Gamera and Battra and are losing badly until Swift decides to help them out by clawing and biting all over the copy aliens in the blink of an eye, instantly killing them. Lara thanks her for saving their lives while Toto develops feelings for her, she decides to team up with the rest of the Earth Defenders to kill the rest of the infernal copies. After destroying the nest and Super Godzilla obliterating Magita, the defenders all return back home. Toto introduces Swift to Godzilla and respectively bows down to him, he accepts her as a new defender and gets recruited into Juniors young titan team. She would end up as Lara’s greatest best friend and start a romantic relationship with Toto.

Abilities:
Absolute Speed: Swift has the ability to instantly accelerate to the speed of sound and run at speeds of about 300 mph and can run backwards just as well as she can forwards thus making her the fastest female titan and one of the fastest creatures in the whole world. She can scale vertical surfaces and ceilings, run across water, outrun missiles, and even cause the ground to explode in her wake. She can accelerate so quickly that time appears to completely stop to her, allowing her to change the positions of things around her while she's moving as well as run around the whole world in just a few minutes.

Agility: Swift's speed gives her highly sharp reflexes, allowing her to dodge attacks with little to no effort,and change direction very easily while running.

Jumping: Swift is an extraordinary jumper, capable of pouncing large distances to attack her enemies with high jump kicks with her toe claws.

Physical Combat: Swifts mauls her enemies with her claws and teeth. While these attacks are not extremely effective against Godzilla, they are sufficient to tear apart Trilopods and other Titans such as Skullcrawlers, Mutos, Gyaos and Leafwings. She also happens to be much stronger than she looks when she judo threw Zedus and Pulgasari and can also deliver lightening fast attacks with rapid succession, such as excessively biting or stabbing an army of Meganulons with both speed and strength.

Intelligence: Raptors are known to be extremely intelligent and Swift has a large brain for her body size, able to quickly figure out which attacks she needs to use and pinpoint an enemies weakness.

Sharp Feathers: Like a Porcupine, Swift can constantly shoot her spear like feathers from her arms and tail that deal some damage to any weak spots her enemies have.

Fast Ball: A unique technique where Swift curls up into a concussive ball and directs herself at her targets. With this move, she can shred through tough armored titans and just about any metal substance given enough speed and hit with enough force to pierce colossal boulders.

Durability: Swift is extremely invulnerable to conventional weaponry much like other titans and is immune to lightening based attacks, most notable when Balkzarden blasted a lightening bolt at her, all it simply did was tickle her.

Vortex Generation: Swift is capable of creating tornadoes by generating a centripetal vacuum powerful enough to lift Titans much bigger than her, either by running in a circular pattern or spinning at supersonic speeds.

Sonic Boom: Once at full speed, Swift will run around the world and after reaching her starting point, she breaks the sound barrier in the process and creates a huge bursts of wind that can blow away even the biggest of titans.

Sonic Roar: Just like Anguirus, Boru, Jagras, and Gorosaurus, Swift lets out powerful ultrasonic roars which is capable of damaging monsters, buildings, rocks, and military weaponry.

Lightning Form: When she gets angry enough, Swift’s skin turns light blue with black stripes across her eyes and tail, her lightening stripe glows white and electric bolts surge throughout her body. Monarch officially dubbed this form Lightening Swift.

Since Swift is very hyperactive, it can be difficult for her to stay focused, most notably when she got bored of taking on a patrol mission with Lara and Hayami around the island and immediately went to go relax in a tree.

Swift never goes beyond her own sound barrier because she's afraid she'll go back in time.

Her favorite meals are chickens and rodents, in fact her savage predatory hunger is what caused the Giant Rats and Shrewster to stop attacking cities and surrender themselves to Monarch in fear that Swift will eat them in a split second.

She's capable of outrunning other fast monsters such as Rodan, Phoenix, Megaguirus, Varan, Spinotor, and Balkzardan, Only Zilla and Jagras are capable of keeping up with her and she always enjoys a good race with them.

If I had to choose any voice actress for Swift, It would have to be Ashleigh Ball who voiced Rainbow Dash from My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic.
