oh wow i actually posted-rottmnt Leo seeing Noelle from afar for the first time.

This is kinda random??
The turtles were in the Hidden City and Leo so happened to have spotted her from afar and just stopped to stare cuz he found her attractive even though she was wearing a cloak to hide her identity. Being a princess and all, she's not supposed to be out but she be rebellious and secretly left the castle.
