This is from the episode, "An Inconvenient Tooth". I felt so bad for Toothy there, and he is my favorite character too!
Well, after that episode, Toothy won't have to go through that terrible experience ever again.
I hope Toothy will be more careful and not to place a box of Super-Grow Fertilizer next to his glass of water next time.
