If my child-self this I would have had nightmares for a week but man its fantastically-done. I can sorta see something like this as being on a CD cover for a very dark (and heavy) rock band the fleshy textures are hauntingly real, especially with the creepy front-on lighting which is normally exactly what you'd see when camera's with lights are inserted into the body
