Description

In lieu of my recent Shin Godzilla piece, Warm Colors , I made this Legendary Godzilla as a companion piece. As was Warm Colors, this piece was made on a page of Strathmore lined bristol board. The background is done with the same markers, albeit inverse of the earlier sketch.

I'll admit, it was refreshing to make some marker sketches, especially this size. I may love painting, but I wasn't really feeling up to working on any as of late. But this helped relieve that frustration I was having. When all else fails, just try something different.

Anywho, I've decided that the two pieces will be prints for this year's convention season.
