Ahh, the first of what I'm calling the Deca-Switches (i.e. switches that come around after every decade, or 10 switches). Deca-Switches are big news because they invoke a States Change, and this switch, the Number 10: Elec Switch (short for electric) changes Fourze into the Elec States, as well as giving him the Billy the Rod Module, a shockingly charged sword!Truly this switch is ELECtrifying!
