Android 18 receive a note that tells her to arrive to an old abandoned warehouse in South City. By the time she got inside, the doors close by themselves and then the Para Para Brothers appeared and reveal to be the ones who wrote the note and started to preform their unique dancing mind control technique called the Para Para Boogie. The effects of the technique caused Dr. Gero's eighteenth creation to dancing uncontrollably and saying the same words the Para Para Brothers are saying. Bon Para then grabs her cheeks and makes her smile, then he tosses Android 18 to the wall as she resumes dancing and dances faster and faster.
