A very arrogant dude, easily provoked likes to protest all the time but no worries this kid is all bark no bite, very safe +=w=b. a true tsundere to the core, he awkwardly expresses his concerns, compliments and all other mundane everyday topics through negative wordings. To decode his awkward tsundere language just know that he mean't what ever the opposite of what he says. Also fickle and aloof, rather take a nap on the roof top then to party with a bunch of people. Has a thing for nekomimis and children, would often spoil them out of habit. Is now a clean freak due to a childhood trauma.

History: Misuru was a spotted nekomimi for as long as he can remember. His parents used to tell him that it was because their neighbors, the Elites were bored outta their minds so they threw over a bomb...and then everyone became a nekomimi. ten years later the bomb came again and this time it took Misuru's parents leaving him with his kid brother who was much much younger. Misuru became a good hardworker in order to bring home the bacon since he is now the oldest. The warm chubby litte thing was all that his parents left him so naturally Misuru dolted on his kid bro to no end. but that too was soon taken from him due to illness. The night that his brother passed away Misuru's jet black spots turned blood red. Later having nothing to worry about and nothing to restraint him, he indulged in violence and alcohol. When he realized it, it already became a habit to him. It was until he heard of the "scarlet cats" from some one in the put that he frequently goes to. being the forgetful guys that he is, he already forgot the face of the guy who told him about it, but he couldnt forget about the name of the anti-faction. It interested him deeply, so he applied immediately on an impulse.
