"I've got friends on the other side.."

I had way a lot of fun drawing and creating this dude, something I haven't experienced in a hot minute. He is heavily inspired by Dr. Facilier from "The Princess and the Frog" movie. This character is basically the child of a hisuian typhlosion and an umbreon. His little wisps mostly have their own consciousness and are basically his minions. This dude would definitely look up to Hoopa as a God if it didn't destory the Rival Gates universe.

I might use this concept, I might not, it's really up to hoe I feel because sometimes I make a cool character design and just never use them. If you have any name suggestions then you're allowed to comment them.
