Ray's ears peaked when he heard a sound from the hall. The fire prince swallowed and walked out to check everything was okay. "Anybody there?" He called, but no reply. "Bastial?" Ray shrugged and turned around to go back to bed, when two fingers were placed between his eyes. "What the-?!" He said before a sting ran trough his brain. "Ugh..""Sch.. your majesty." The voice said. "Relax."
"Lars?" Ray mumbled, feeling his eyelids become more and more heavy. The warlock gently held the prince.
"Go ahead and sleep." Lars said, Ray winced when he felt one more sting. "Let me look into your soul, your memories, your very heart that is intertwined by fire." He felt the darkness consuming him. "You will forget, you will belong to me."
No.. please, no. Don't make me... forget...

If you want Ray to look a bit more lost in Lars' magic I'd widened his pupil a bit, making it bigger..
But I still love this to bits...
