Jill was an Australian national still in the US on a student visa that expired years earlier from her college days as an long jumper. Jill could still drink like she was in college, very much the good-time-girl, and always a bar fly down at the local tavern in . One night she flirted with a man at the bar named Brian Hibbs who took her back to his place for a one night stand. The next morning, as Jill was trying to leave his apartment quietly, she noticed his closet door cracked open enough to reveal something that caught her eye. She snuck into the closet to find a large armored suit resembling that of a kangaroo hanging up on the wall! Jill realized that Brian Hibbs was the somewhat-famed Kangaroo villain! She quickly snuck out of the apartment but not before she had made-up her mind to fashion her own Kangroo suit and return to her hometown of Sidney Australia and cheat getting a real job, and not having to give-up drinking beer which had given her quite the belly, to become the supervillainess down under!
