Well, i think its good, but not great. I think it looks a bit boring and plain for a wallpaper, and besides, i have to support ackrite, it looks to simple to be a spider...

the shapes look a bit too simple to be a spider, and you have this thing connecting his head to his womb, if you look at a picture of a spider its head is connected to its womb directly, otherwise its a very nice render, great idea, the head looks cool, and the texturing is quite nice
