The girls noticed Bumblebee left really quickly after their victory over some rouge robots and Barbara went to go see where Karen went.
She went "ah-ha!" And was shock to find out about Karen and Isabelle. (Isabelle was detransforming from being Spider-Tsundere.)
Karen has been keeping Isabelle a secret per her request. Until they can find an easy way to explain her situation. When Spider-Tsundere popped up to help destroy the robots, Bumblebee left, which was to fist bump Spider-Tsundere while they take off their helmet and costume.
