Spider-Man, Spider-Tsundere, Star Spider and Kid Arachnid were dying cause of the Wolf Spider poisoning. But they were quickly founded by Spider-Djinn, Veness and Wolfsbane. They all helped by numbing the poisoned and then formed a ritual to expelled the poison from their bodies forever. They did it.
