Former cheerleader Elisa Gorge loved Flowers. She took a job at the Forrestropolis Research Gardens to study them. Until lighting struck chemicals to make phemones and it struck twice in Elisa, the flowes were on her while the chemicals poured on her. The next day... she was Okay, until she saw her skin changed. And she notice that she control over all flowers in the world. She thought she can use it to her new career as a costume hero. Using her powers she waved a flower Power Suit that would make her faster, stronger and fire proof and uses her cheerleading skills to fight crime as well as use various flower attacks. And thus... She calls herself... Flower Power!!!!!!!

Later on... She got a job at Club Coolz, the best dance club in Forrestropolis. That's where she met Cyber-Shark and Miss Montreal and flirts with Cyber-Shark.

I was inspired by... *sigh* lilymon and Lilamon from Digimon...
