Ero, Spider-Strike, Funnel Web and Spider-Rose made through the portal back to their own universes. Kid Arachnid was last. But their spider-sense went off as Mayura got in the way."I'll hold her off. You shut this down." Kid Arachnid said as he reactivated his mask.
"Wait, John! That wasn't the deal!" Isabelle said as she grabs Kid Arachnid's arm.
Kid Arachnid pushed Isabelle's arm away as he web-zips to fight Mayura. "Push the green button! Do not wait for me!" As Kid Arachnid was about to web shoot Mayura, Isabelle web throws him away. "Ahhhh!" John took off his mask as Isabelle went to him. "What are you doing?"
"John, you gotta go home!" Isabelle exclaimed.
"I can't. This woman could kill you." John said. "I can't let the next Kid Arachnid die."
"Neither can I." Isabelle said.
John knows Isabelle doesn't want to a repeat at Kid Arachnid dying. But he's scared that she could die before she even got a chance to shine. "... It's okay, Izzy."
"Yeah... it is okay." Isabelle said as she swoop kicks John's legs and grabbed him by his torso. "But its not okay with me. You gotta go home dude."
John held onto Isabelle's arm. "How will I know I'm not gonna screw it up again?" He asked.
"It's like you told me. You won't." Isabelle said.
John understands now. "Heh, yeah, it's a leap of faith." He said. They both smiles as true mentor and student. And he lets go of Isabelle's arm, and Isabelle finally lets him go. He fell into the portal back to his universe. "Take care kid. You did good." His last words as he went in the portal.
