Description
A while back when Isabelle and her dad won the case against the Osborne Twins. They turned the Oz building into a massive shelter for homeless people. But it was lost after the Osborne Twins ambushed it and turn it into a Citadel.
But after Spider-Tsundere killed the Goblin Twins. They torn down the citadel.
Since Penelope is back, and Ken and Isabelle still had a lot of yen from the case. So Penelope thought to remake the shelter again by using the leftover yen. (They had a lot.) She got permission from Mayor Mitsuki Takahashi, and the new Foundation Home for the weak was born. Spider-Tsundere and Spider-Guardian came with Mayor Takahashi and approve the newly build shelter.
People came to interviews and what not.
