BACKGRUOND

What started as an exhibition match between Isabelle and a slightly younger, slightly shorter amateur male boxer hailing from Ottawa, Canada has turned into one of the most grueling and bloody matches the French bulldozer could remember.

Isabelle allowed Daniel Halifax's size and friendly demeanor to fool her into thinking he was weak, "Hmph, just a slightly bigger Bertrand, he'll barely make it to Round 4" she remarked, smirking at the opening bell. She was utterly shocked by his impeccable defense, skill, and speed which lead to her falling way behind in the early rounds as Daniel's deadly accurate counter-punching built up damage quickly to her face and body.

Isabelle eventually made up for it in Round 5 and found her inner bulldozer, plowing through Dan's defense to do her own damage in the later rounds. Still she could hardly remember being so tired and beaten in a match in a very long time and found herself wishing for Daniel to stay down. The match was getting desperate quickly as both combatants traded leather ferociously to the roar of the divided crowd.

It is now finally getting to the end of Round 11 as both fighters take a much-needed break. Dan's resiliency has made him one of the proud few to last so long against Isabelle....
