Queen of the northern night skyMy everyday chaos table view ^^' paper, pencils, pens, erasers, bottles with lacquer, notebooks, and dragons
Pencils on a photo: Faber-castell. Pen- Faber-Castell black ink liner. And a little shiny dragon, that helps me alot and is carring my favorite blue pencil (it's extremely long, you see

How do you get your coloring so smooth and blended? I cant help but get lots of white flecking when coloring with pencils... I've tried using a blending solution, and it works somewhat, but it still doesn't get as smooth as yours look.

Typically those white flecks are the result of a combination of hard pencil lead and paper tooth.
Here it looks to me like he is using a very smooth hot-press paper, possibly even a coated paper of some kind, which would let him really smooth out those colored pencils.

I have seen many types of dragons. I have seen the proud, the huge, the fierce and the minute. I have seen red and gold and those with scales like diamonds. I can say with profound backing then, that this piece is one of the most lovely and gentle looking dragons I have ever seen. The colors, the design and the pose, the proportions and the use of light make this absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing it.. and good luck with making many more stunning works of art!

Waaaah I'm using same multiliner but when I'm erasing pencil, multiliner becomes dull. Is there anything I can do to stop this awfull "dulling" process? OTL
