Whoa, the colors and symbolism is very interesting here. I like the color of the gold dragon. The subtle sunset color bug me just a bit, it's as though I'm expecting to see something brighter. But the colors that were used still work well.
The symbols here are very interesting. The use of crystals in some sort of mystical work is a rather common idea but the way they are used here as a tool is rather interesting. Also the types of arches that are in this picture have a symbolic connection to the idea of portals from old myths. And you actually have a portal in this picture.
Overall nice work, bright colors and intriguing symbolism make this picture fun to look at. Keep up the good work.

Amazing. I have done this in my dreams as well. That is a small crystal. I had a very large crystal. I housed it at my citadel on the planes, a place right in the middle of the dimensional conduits where all universes meet on the planes. (As opposed to planets.) The citadel its self is a dimensional gateway and a safe haven for dragons.
That is a powerful dragon and so is the inspiration for which you used to come up with the idea for this picture.
