I don't think having higher technology factors here. Especially since Mei's Small Building level weapons can barely scratch Pyro's Large Building level durability.

Oh... now that's an interesting idea.  I applaud you.

I can't say I comment to their respective strengths, though it seems Mei's technology is a good bit more advanced than Pyro's.  That could be a deciding factor between the two, even whereas normally I'd give the hardened mercenary the edge against the sweet scientist.
