Part 42 is here! It's very late but I experienced some issues with this one, namely the design of one of these three characters. Speaking of which, let's examine them below ;

124. MAUI

For Maui I took a lot of inspiration from the official LEGO Big Figure of him. However I changed a couple of details, seeing that it didn't originate from an actual set with minifigures, but with dolls-like figures. His nose is gone, and his eyes are more similar to those of actual LEGO characters. Aside from that, this design was mainly created by LEGO.

125. MAX HARE

Max Hare, from the Silly Symphony "The Tortoise and the Hare". I think there's a good chance you've at least heard of this cartoon, as it is the Disney retelling of a very famous tale. Regardless, I included Max in this roster simply because I needed more speedsters to balance the cast a bit. From what I know, fast characters are fan favorites in these games, so I tried to include as many as possible. Other than that, I fully made the design you see, which was pretty simple overall.

126. MAXIMILIAN

Does anyone here remember Disney's "The Black Hole"? If not, I can't blame you. It's a live action film produced by Disney in 1979, and it is notable for two reasons : Being the first Disney film to be rated "PG" and one of the first Disney films to feature CGI. I thought some of its characters were interesting, so I decided to include a couple. By now you've probably guessed how much I like obscure characters and references in these type of things. And yes, this is the character I had troubles designing. I originally thought I could first craft his design on LEGO Digital Designer to accurately represent a build of him in LEGO form, but turns out that I suck at building with LEGOs, and couldn't figure out a good design, so I simply winged him on the drawing board. Pretty lame, yes, I am hugely disappointed in myself. He's still pretty cool though.

Because this batch took longer than usual, I can't guarantee that the next one will be out on Friday. Also considering that I have a quite busy week ahead of myself. Anyway, hope you all enjoyed this one, and stay tuned for more!
