These characters, again: [link] with a number of design updates, including the addition of protective helmets for alien environments and functional scarves, as opposed to the very not-flight-friendly notion of capes.

Top two characters are Bernard (whose name now makes me think of the character from The Rescuers), and Jesebelle. The bottom one is Mireia.

The funniest thing about this book is that I can't seem to be able to remember all the characters and relationships. I keep having to go back and look at my charts. Because I redesigned every single one of them!

I drew these in about an hour.
