(----Equipment----)
- The Reactor Corps' Kiiritium Ring -
A version of The Kuka Crew's Plasma Ring that uses a different type of gem than the regular Szemetite . This gem is known as Kiiritium, and when worn, the bearer gains similar powers of Plasma Manipulation, Garbage Manipulation, the ability to open portals to and from The Super-Sargasso Sea and other similar functions . However that's where the similarities end, as a Kiiritium Ring also has the following abilities:
Clouded Mind - The ring's wearer receives a clouded mind fueled by their passions and emotions, enhancing their power and making them stronger than ever by drawing upon it. Those that first wear this ring may end up losing themselves to this power at first if not properly prepared until they learn to have a better grip on their emotions. And when they do so, they can empower themselves and their ring with their emotions by how intense the wearer feels them.
Damage Empowerment - The ring's wearer becomes stronger, faster, more durable, etc. as they receive damage from their opponents, environment, or by themselves. They can be empowered by physical damage, mental damage, or soul damage. Lethal damage can give a (near) maximum boost on the attacks of the user of this ability. This form of empowerment increases the power and amount of Trash Plasma that's in the ring. Which unlike a normal Plasma Ring, a Kiiritium Ring can hold a lot more energy.
Energy Absorption & Conversion - To help power the ring, the Kiiritium's bearer can absorb various forms of energy while removing it from the source, converting it into Kiiritium's version of Trash Plasma into the ring and use it in various ways, gaining some form of advantage. Either by enhancing themselves & their own abilities, gaining the drained power, using it as power source etc., either temporarily or permanently as long as they continue to wear the ring.
And Energy Emulation - The Ring's bearer can perceive, scan and imitate/use the function of differing energies that the ring has absorbed. So the ring's bearer can alter the Trash Plasma in their ring to replicate other forms of energy and their functions.
All these abilities can also enhance Willy's existing abilities greatly, but the Clouded Mind ability can cause William to experience a post-traumatic flashback and can cause him to enter a Berserker Form and lash out if he doesn't wear his Earpiece to keep him under control.
- Reactor Corpsman's Uniform -
Special custom uniforms for each individual Corpsman. These suits are modified to be powered by the rings themselves and grants then adequate protection from normal forms of damage and from the various contaminants one can experience while on the job.
While the suits on their own can create a barrier that can properly shield it's wielder against things like normal bullets, a hand grenade or a single bundle of dynamite, they are pretty much too weak to protect against things like multiple bundles of dynamite, most forms of superhuman strength, a Hydrogen Bomb or god forbid an attack that eradicates an entire country off the face of the planet.
However, unlike The Kuka Crew's uniforms, The Reactor Corps' uniforms are able to handle a lot more punishment and becomes more durable depending on how much energy the ring has absorbed.
- Reactor-Issued Multi-Lingual Earpiece -
A standard piece of equipment that translates the various languages that can be found in various universes, allowing the various members who have their own languages and dialects to properly communicate with each other and the different beings of various universes. This Earpiece is also specially designed to also help pacify Corpsmen who still need to develop the ability to not let their rings to overpower them and drive them mad.

(----Origin----)
(---"After WWII, Professor Josiah Rhonne was looking for a way to end the threat of nuclear annihilation. He came up with the idea to transform people by changing their atomic structure to make them immune to radioactivity and durable enough to survive a nuclear explosion. He needed a human test subject, and he found one when he stumbled across William "Willy the Wharf Rat" Burns - a former merchant marine who has suffering from a Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder ever since his ship was hit by a Nazi torpedo. Feeling that he was too damaged to be any good at anything, Willy agreed to participate in Professor Rhonne's experiment. However, while conducting the experiment, Professor Rhronne accidently triggered a nuclear reaction. The explosion destroyed his castle and everything in it, but Willy survived. In an ironic twist, the experiment worked - but because Professor Rhonne perished, there was no way to duplicate it.
Nonethless, Willy decided to try to carry on the professor's dream and "save mankind from itself" as Thunderbolt.
In his first and only recorded mission, Thunderbolt saved alchemists Rigor and Mortis after their attempt to clean up their shop resulted in a house fire. Seeing the Atomic Thunderbolt inspired the brothers to try to replicate his abilities. After several tries, they tested the results on their sentient raven. The powers worked, but Rigor and Mortis lived to regret it when the raven took to the skies as they tried to hang on for their dear lives. When the raven dropped them, Thunderbolt rescued them again. However, the experience taught them nothing as the last panel of the strip showed that the brothers were still trying to fine-tune the formula. However after this one adventure, Thunderbolt basically disappeared without a trace. No one had any clue as to where he had gone. Though what really happened is that William ended up getting caught by a rainbow-colored portal and was taken from his reality. He ended up in The Super-Sargasso Sea , where he exited the portal inside The Reactor Corps' headquarters and ended up meeting it's leader, Pyrinos . After hearing from William his story and what he'd been doing before getting taken from his universe, Pyrinos gave him an offer. Become one of his agents and he could continue on his mission of saving mankind, along with other races, from themselves. He will be given a power that would make him even more of a mighty force than he would be before.
And seeing this as a golden oppertunity, Willy accepted Pyrinos' offer to joining his organization. Though things won't be easy for him, as when he first put on his new ring he had a severe PTSD flashback along with having his emotions heavily amplified though his new Earpiece kept him pacified as Pyrinos warned him ahead of time about what will happen when he first puts on his ring. And it will take a long while before he could get a good grip on his emotions."---)
And here he is finally done. Regor Company's Atomic Thunderbolt . In fact, Thunderbolt is actually one of only TWO characters Regor ever made as far as I'm aware. Both of whom only ever appearing in one single comic. Also after reading the comic myself I came to discover that in-story his hero name isn't Atomic Thunderbolt. It's just Thunderbolt. So my theory is that the book is called Atomic Thunderbolt for trademark reasons and Thunderbolt might've be too generic to actually get a trademark for. Plus I think that Atomic Thunderbolt is kinda clunky for a superhero name. Doesn't really roll off the tongue.
Anyway yeah, here's my own update on the character and one of the first few members of The Reactor Corps I've produced. Now I know what your thinking, aren't The Reactor Corps bad guys? Well yes, but not to them. They're more like The Sinestro Corps & Judge Dredd in that they want to enforce order in whatever world they find themselves in by any means necessary. That and getting "proper compensation" for their work whenever they cleaned a mess or stopped some super criminals via making said world a part of their collective as payment.
Anyway back to Thunderbolt. There was a part of the comic that said that he could generate "Air Waves", which I think the publisher thought they just made up and gave no explaination to what Airwaves are. But in actuality Airwaves do exist, just not in the way the writers might've intended. I just went and expanded on the concept for his powerset.
