Description
If the roles were reversed, and Prince Link needed the help from the heroine Zelda. This is set to Twilight Princess Universe, or at least the design is heavily influenced by it.This is branched from a drawing I did a bit ago of just Prince Link. This drawing is more in my style than Nintendo's, I didn't really mean for it to come out that way, but Zelda had a mind of her own

Awww, yeah you're right, a remake would be awesome - ESPECIALLY a Kanto remake. Can't beat the original 151! Getting excited just thinking about it haha.
Oh cool, I've never played a Link to the Past! I just recently started playing the Minish Cap on my mum's 3DS, but her L button is broken, so I can't use the kinstones ¬__¬ thankfully I'm pretty sure it doesn't stop me completing the game, but we'll see haha. I'll probably be the first person to ever play it through without using a single kinstone 
Ahahahah! I actually giggled at your 'kill me off' comment. I've done that plenty of times too! If me parents shout for me rather loudly/impatiently, I force myself to jump out of bed before I'm ready to. When I do that, I always sway and bump my shoulder off the wall with every. single. step. on the way downstairs.
Haha, glad to know I'm not the only one that freaked out a bit over the skyloft one. Yeah, that's the problem - so many places to fall, not to mention the ghost things. Also, a walkthrough I was looking at claimed that you didn't have to run far because "it's pretty simple to hide from them" WHAT?! Lies!! Lies and slander!

Yeah, my sisters are pretty amazing - at least, the 10 year old is. She's currently ahead of me in Xenoblade Chronicles. I don't know if you've heard of it, but it's a JRPG and you have to use a lot of strategy too, when it comes to wearing the right armour and gems (the gems add specific stats to the character), choosing which moves to use in combat etc. So it's pretty in-depth. Actually, I remember for my birthday one time, (not sure exactly how this happened, but) 3 of my guy friends came over and had a few drinks, and my little sis was hogging the wii, playing some fighting game (either Smash Brawl or Soul Calibur II). The guys were complaining so she said she'd pass the controller onto whoever beat her. The rest of the night was spent with them taking turns trying to beat her, to no avail! Hahaha. She was only 7 or 8 at the time, too.

Haha! That's like when I tried beating Ocarina of Time on our old TV that had a cracked screen so I couldn't see how many rupees I had and sometimes (it was sort of touchy) couldn't see the map. Do your little sisters beat the games alright? My ten year old brother is trying to beat Skyward Sword but is having a super hard time beating it.
That's the worst! When they yell at you to hurry up, but they have no idea the death trap that awaits you.

Yeah, I agree. That's what gaming is all about, right? Enjoyment. There's nothing worse than aggressive gamers that brag about how great they are and call others "noobs". It's like, wow, you must have a really pathetic life to put others down like that =/
Similarly, I can't stand it when my little sisters get so frustrated at a game that they scream and cry... but then KEEP ON PLAYING IT. I'm like, either enjoy it or quit! It's supposed to be a GAME. lol. Crazy children

Ah, I seriously hate that. Sort of tags along with my hate of "not being a true fan" sort of thing. Sure, there are levels of video gamers or being a fan of something, but you shouldn't shove it in someones face if you think you're better than them. Compensating much?
My little brother drives me nuts with that! He's always saying he needs help with ONE MORE thing. I keep telling him if he can't beat the game by himself, he might not be ready for it. But he always just needs help with just this ONE THING then he'll get it. And in the end he just gets super frustrated that he can't get it and I won't help him with every little thing in the game.

Haha I'm glad I'm not the only one! Whenever my sisters ask my mum or I for help, we're just like "well the game only gets harder from here - if you can't do this part yourself, then you can't do the rest of it". Saying that, if it's just like one particular quest you know you had trouble with yourself, then I do help out. I'm not nasty about it, I just like them to get it on their own haha. I can be educational in a way, with problem solving skills and such

If Nintendo did this, then people would confuse Link and Zelda...unless they called it "The Legend of Link". I actually like the fact that this is more your style than Nintendo's. I feel that artwork is more "genuine" when artists are using their own style and not copying another style. Very neat piece!

I didn't think about that, people already ask which one is Link and why it's actually called Legend of ZELDA, this would just implode their minds. Thank you very much! Admittedly I usually (at least try) to adapt to the art style of what I'm drawing from, or at least lean towards it, but I really enjoyed using my style for this, it might be something I'll continue to do

Sorry, but Zelda's eyes and lips are not right at all. You've seen her ACTUAL (not fan) concept art, haven't you? Please don't make her face look like Jill Valentine mixed with Lara Croft. Other than that, the rest of everything is really great.

Thank you for your honest critique. I realize that they don't look like the typical Zelda features, but then again neither does Link in my opinion. As I said in the author note, this turned out to be more of my style than Nintendo's. Perhaps if I draw this again I'll put more effort in making it like the official art, but this time I had fun interpreting Legend of Zelda designs into my sort of art style.
I had to look up those people you mentioned, I've never played those games before (don't shoot me?), but I can see the resemblance you mentioned. Again, thanks for the feedback

It's very nice. I like the idea of a Prince Link. The only thing I would change is to give Link a bit more armor on his lower half. His top half is well protected and his legs just look bare.
