As soon as I saw Roxy get a scarf the other day I wanted to draw this picture, but it took this long because I'm having serious issues with my art abilities lately. Along the lines of thinking they don't exist. So no motivation to even practice, which I guess is kinda what this is. At least I can do hands fairly well now!PaintTool Sai, 2 1/2 hours.
