Meet some Green Book characters!
Finally Jharin has a face!! I have been waiting decades to see that damn face! *fist pump*

More information about the Meme raffle coming out this weekend - there will be a deadline and prize detail and everything!!
You'll probably see a bunch of these lovelies in a meme. I've done written memes of them (search the journal or go to the most recent one) - for now here are corresponding number examples:

1 - Well, looks like Kiara got caught up in the moment and pulled Swift's mouth a little too hard!
2 - Kiara practicing with a recurve!
3 - Oh no! What happened to Denzin's back? Don't worry, Kiara will fix it. Note - Denzin can't actually speak (see those scars around his throat? They're explained in the story) so any words you see him with is what Kiara has learned to interpret from his gestures, postures, etc.
4 - I often draw J'harin and Kiara studying - the last major picture of them is with study material too --> Study Date Hm. Do I sense a trend?
5 - I think Kiara has just had a very important idea! That or something's up with her magical gift. This was mostly to try out that coat on her. I'm 50/50 on it as it's not entirely in style with her culture wardrobe. What do you think?
6 - Sketching some wild cats and wolves for fun and regional placement. I think the feline could be a desert breed some tribes might hunt and prize the long teeth from. The canine is in mind of the natoy that haunt the northern and perhaps mountain forests.
7 - Kireath has fallen asleep! Tsk tsk, what do we do with this young emperor? He's lucky he has a lot of friends watching his back.
8 - This is a representation of what a lot of dirty minded people thought was going on between Kiara and Denzin. I kind of imagine them being at a council meeting or something and the subject of their relationship is brought up. Kiara would probably stand up with a, "What precisely do you believe is going on, ey? This?" and then grabs Denzin like so. Of course he would let her but...ah, if I tell you any more there will be spoilers. Ah-ah-ah! *waggles finger*
9 - Swift and Kiara out for a ride! The length of hair, particularly on females, was seen as a sign of status and/or social standing. Plus Kiara has her own reasons for growing out her hair.
10 - Again, Kiara is interpreting what Denzin is saying for you. I imagine Kiara has gotten up to some mischief and is dirty and frantic trying to get too many things done in an unsightly state. We can't have one of the higher class raving around the palace halls looking like that!
11 - Dual appearances of Shyra and Kiara. Shyra comes from a martially trained clan/family and was engaged to Kiara's father to strengthen their alliance to the empire. Too bad I know something about Warnik you don't. I think Shyra handles Kiara's tempers so well in that second sketch because Shyra was similar when she was younger.
12 - Spoilers! Not telling!
13 - Just some fun with fire and arrows.
14 - Where are you running Kiara? Maybe this is the precursor to Denzin sending her for a bath in 10.
15 - *cough* Oh, by the way, meet Amascus, Kireath's twin! I'm not sure yet if I want them identical or not. If they're identical Amascus could do some real damage...what a mess he makes. I'm sorry Kireath. I hope if you meet me one day you don't burn off my fingertips for creating such an atrocity!
