OMG I can't wait to see this movie. Everyone is wussing out because they don't want to see it in Japanese. The book is in English people! There are plenty of online summaries out there for you to read!P.S.: I bought a doujinshi pre-release just to temp myself.... Howl and Calcifer... how wrong is that?

I like the Japanese voice work anyway. In the English version, Sophie has a bit of a "proper British accent" that only slightly manages to grate on my nerves throughout the movie. Cal's voice is funnier in Japanese too.
Now, onto the drawing.....The colors are a bit subdued for Howl's flamboyant nature. Couldn't ask for a better use of light and dark for Calcifer, though. All in all, a cute piece. Long live Turnip!

Hehehe, I hear you big time! I read the book first, and I cant wait for the movie, been soaking in as much stuff as I can about it! Found out that they finally found someone to direct the English voices too. Blah, cant wait! It probably will be out in English before it hits here on DVD or VHS in Japanese so I figure I'll wait...
