Description
Sometime back in 2021, JoshuaPowerPuff asked me for a picture featuring one of his OCs swimming in the ocean. I don’t remember what her name was, but I do remember working on this for a good minute at the time, only to be bogged down with English zoom class assignments almost every single day and then going away to Colorado for a month around that time. Due to this and more, I was unfortunately not able to finish this piece like I had wanted to, but rather than leave it never to be seen in the closet (metaphorically speaking), I thought I’d put out what I managed to finish instead.
