Description

Human like members of the mammal hipped wyvern clade.They feed crop milk to babies so no tiddy. They have a yolk-placenta which resorbs after birth, no cutting of an umbilical cord involved, so no belly button.

Syachen share their home planet with the Exodrakes. Syachen do not come in a green Esarian race because historically, they did not inhabit that continent. For millennia, Syachen inhabited Moxvox and Kyturi, while Exodrakes originated from Esarie and Esarian Exodrakes are the oldest race ancestral to other Exodrake races, not the more common Cosmopolitan race.

Syachen are omnivores who primarily eat seeds and nuts, with some meat and fruit on the side. Most of their cuisine is something similar to pemmican.

They have subdued sexual dimorphism, told apart mostly by color. Female Moxvox Syachen range from salmon pink to purple, while males range from yellow-orange to maroon. With the Kyturi race, males range from cyan to blue, while females are shades of purple. (similar to Andalites)

While Exodrakes were historically peaceful, Syachen were not, and their history is full of sociopolitical turmoil. They are the more human like of the two Hrr'gthr-Sypos sophonts in behavior, even though Exodrakes have a closer physical resemblance to humans.

Male wyverns all have an internal phallus like dolphins and most cold blooded reptiles. The body temperature on the lower half of the body is lower than the upper half in a male wyvern by a few degrees, which allows testes to be internal.

The claws were designed by evolution as a swiss army knife, similar to aye-aye hands, but it is common in modern times for Syachen to trim their nails down. The claws are not wicked, so they can be cut down like human nails.
