AND I THOUGHT SOMEONE WHO'S /ACTUALLY/ FROM WISCONSIN SHOULD MAKE A WISCONSIN OC, SO I DID.
Character Notes:
- Has brown hair and blue eyes.
- Rather quiet and to himself.
- Friendly to any person, unless you've somehow made him severely angry (coughCaliforniacough).
- Often admires the big city, however, lived his whole life as a farm boy.
- When angered, he is quick to state his opinion/argue back, however, the other states don't seem to really care.
- Other countries often don't even know he exists.
- Really dislikes California, due to their self-claimed title of best dairy. California produces the most, however, Wisconsin produces the best quality.
- A good way to troll him is to tell him happy cows come from California.
- Has some rivalry with Minnesota, especially when it comes to sports.
- Minnesota often teases him and pokes fun at him, so he does so in return.
- Often overshadowed by states around him.
- He finds Illinois very fascinating, the big cities and all.
- Even though he generally likes Illinois, he gets super competitive with him/her when it comes to football (as he does Minnesota).
- Often pokes fun at Illinois as well, giving him/her the nickname "FIB" (YOU MUST BE A WISCONSINITE TO UNDERSTAND).
- Great friends with Michigan as well.
- Sports fanatic. He has great pride in American football (GO PACK GO LOL)
- Takes pride in making dairy, he is known as the "dairy state" after all.
- Has a badger. BADGER STATE FTW.
- His idiot hair represents Door Peninsula. AND CAN BE USED AS AN RP DEVICE LOLOLOL //SHOTDOWN

As someone from Wisconsin and who has actually designed a Wisconsin themselves: You actually did a damn good job. The only thing I see off is the bit with Illinois - but haha I suppose I'm familiar with the name of endearment we've given them. FIBs.
