I was in hospital over the weekend, and I left it minus an organ or two. There, it's out.The hospital wifi was OK bandwidth-wise, but they had some douchey censorware that blocked certain sites, like dA. They didn't like "visual search engines" for some reason.
The temptation to see what obscure-but-dodgy sites had passed below their radar was strong. Could totally make a drinking game out of this. What, take bad ideas from TV cops? You'd think I'd fall for THAT kind of entrapment?
Yeah, sorry Big Mouse. Come and get your guys back!

Not surprised that a hospital would do something like that. When I was visiting a local hospital back in January, the computer in the sitting room I was often in wouldn't let me go on any website that wasn't medical-related.

Yup. I have problems accessing some sites when on guest networks on Universities. There is a walkaround solution: You need mobile modem
