β¨Meet Lorcan, the Miniature Forest Dragon. πππ (nfs)βKnown for their very small size, these dragons once lived in large numbers up in the treetops. Theyβve been documented to loudly screech their displeasure when any humans got too close. Their bark was worse than their bite though, as no reports have ever been found of these dragons physically attacking humans.β
βI was very surprised when I came across Lorcan while on a nature walk near the homestead. He had been hanging off of a bird feeder, got in a fight with a squirrel, lost, and not-so-gracefully fell to the ground. Lorcan is clumsy, territorial, and loves to eat birdseed. I offered him his own large helping of birdseed and thus our unusual friendship began. (The simplest way to a dragonβs heart is to offer food or treasure to them.) Lorcan enjoys chin-rubs and being praised about how fierce he is. Though he is about as fierce as a butterfly.β π€«π)
This is my second full-armature dragon sculpture! The first one was made back in 2016, so it was about time to try it again. π
