I suggest you make the fps in the flash settings 10 ^^ Thatll make it slower c:

Okay, open up flash and load it. Click in the grey area so nothing is selected. Then go to properties, and look for FPS(frames per second). They're probably somewhere near 22 right now. Click on it, and type 10. Then play the video and you'll see it'll be slower.
