Wow, that is a very sweet pose and very great work. I'm not even going to ask how you did it because the mechanics would go right over my head. I need to do my homework on the topic first. Do you know of any resources for someone who would like to get into 3D art like this (but knows nothing about it so far)? Eh, sorry for the stupid question...

I learn 3D from MAYA DVD courses from "Digital tutors". The same recommend to you. Of course exist some internet resources for novice, but better to study once and for sure.
