I was thinking of Quake remake: story was that quake guy military base was attacked by unknown enemies from the portals, and this quake guy took shotgun and made his way to Cthulhu. Or Shab-Niggurath. Whatever.
So, being impressed by Doom3 mod, which redid some quake level completely (with guns), I thought, that Quake is quite scary game, actually - add shadows and good models, and you fill yourself like Doom3 guy, terrified and "o-ho-ho, now I have machine gun" filling in the same time.
So, if there will be remake, orange trousers of Q1/Q3 must be replaced by usual military stuff. Armor may be witcherous - as quake guy takes it in witch-worlds. That's why I've added some camouflage spots
Also Q3 showed that there are at least few portal slippers - quake guy (ranger), wrack... This should be Wrack. Or not. After trying carbon pencils (coloring usual pencil base that is not quite good idea), he looks a bit black His mouth is a little bit erased - too much corrections "I have no mouth, I cannot scream, I can only shott mf monsters!"
