Description
buy: [link] Similar Left Hand of Doom: [link]Working closely with The Master, Master of Time reaches into the depths of the past, present and future and constructs the memories and emotions of all sentient beings.
Déjà vu and Jamais vu are his favorite tricks to play on their feeble minds.
Master of Time was created with nineteen different recycled watch stems. Each stem was snipped into the correct size for a "bone" in each finger, and each bone was soldered together with lead free silver bearing solder to produce a finger. When all fingers were created, they were soldered together onto a watch plate. After the hand was formed and shaped into a clawlike grasp, it was soldered onto an antique brass watch face with brass numbers. A watch gear holds the entire assembly onto the pendant bail. This is a very special and one of a kind piece, never to be reproduced exactly.
Master of Time is 19mm wide and 24mm tall. It comes on an 18" antiqued silver plated chain with links measuring 1.5mm. Longer or shorter chains can be made to order, so let us know in the checkout section if you require something different.

Okay, now this is really, really cool!! XD I've always been a fan of clocks, and this photo caught my attention straightaway! I love the poem too (it's so well written, and I love your diction!) Great work!!

Thank you! I used to do the stories on all my work...it just got to where it took too much time on top of creating, photographing, and listing. I now just do it on very special pieces.

Holy freaking I want this so badly. *A* Exceptional construction of the piece and spectacular layout of the picture. I especially like how the light catches on the back of the 'hand' and the necklace. I'll have to look at the rest of your gallery sometime. In my opinion at least, very, very deserving of the DD. Congradulations!

Thank you very much for the well thought-out response...it is much appreciated! It's funny, the photography part of this business is that which I hate the most. It's taken so much time and effort to get things right. Seemingly microscopic things like lint and fuzz can ruin a shot!

No problem! And hey, if you have a really strong attention to detail, that's probably the mark of a good photographer- shows you really have a strong image in your head of how you want it to turn out, whcih probably really helps as often as it provides headaches.
...I'm also biased since I love clocks. *wearing a pocketwatch right now*

This is so hypnotically beautiful. Wow. I'm absolutely stunned.
For me, it has such a dark feel to it, kind of Steampunk Noir-esque.
Congratulations on the DD.

Thank you! It's a little overwhelming, but in a good way. It started out with an idea born in a sleepless night after the passing of my grandfather, who tinkered with fixing watches. It had dark origins, but was cathartic.

Thank you! It's a piece that I'm glad to have out of the studio. I heard ticks and tocks while making it, and was quite concerned that a Hitchcock-esque scene with it climbing up my back would occur.

Hot damn that is beautiful. The watch face with the gold accents was a really great choice and nice clean work as always.

Thank you! Got this one more anatomically correct than The Master [link] , plus I like how the watch face shows better on this one. I was hoping it wasn't too distracting with all the marks and numbers. Thanks again for taking the time to comment!
