buy: www.etsy.com/listing/158313488…Symbol is made from the parts of very old watches (some from 19th century pocket watches) that have been disused and given or thrown away. His parts include many different brass gear train gears, a face wheel, and an antique european balance wheel. Rather than just being glued onto a chain, his parts have been stripped from watch movements, cleaned, and hand arranged into a new lifeform. All of his pieces are soldered on (never glued and resin-ed) using a silver bearing lead free solder which will last indefinitely. He is not a mass produced watch movement, but a new and completely unique in the world piece of unique art, hand designed and assembled by a human being.
Symbol is 19mm wide by 19mm high and comes on an 18" sterling silver cable chain with links measuring 1.5mm and connected with a ring clasp.
