buy: [link]Temporal Reactor was created with a vintage watch face that has been cut into two parts and arranged into a guillotine structure, winding stems, spring barrel cover, and a balance wheel. All parts are recycled from old and unloved watches, cleaned, and soldered into place using lead-free silver bearing solder, rather than glues or resins found in many craft items. Each piece at A Mechanical Mind is hand designed and assembled by an artist, and each piece is one of a kind, and never to be reproduced exactly.
Temporal Reactor is 21mm wide by 29mm tall and comes on an 18" antiqued silver cable chain with links measuring 1.7mm. A lobster clasp secures the necklace.
