It's true! There's proof and I also have watching Animal Planet to blame for this!
In one fell swoop Kavonn has ruined both pirates and appetites...
Menu, as you can see, is enjoying every minute of this.
Charby doesn't really talk much about his life as a pirate, he's not exactly proud of it, as you can see of his opinion of them. I really don't care fot the flow of those insults but it's in pen *sigh* I shoulda wrote execrable before profligate...
I plan on expanding a little more on Charby's piratey past, though I won't say whether or not Kavonn's assumption holds true or not ^_^
It's true that pirate men were paranoid and superstitious, like most sailors certain things were thought to capsize a boat, women being one of those that supposedly brought storms and big waves. But there were also exceptions to the rule, there were a few famous female pirates as well but they were captains of their own ships, not just cargo.
I'm practicing my inking a bit, I know a lot of problems in this page could've been solved by:
Bigger paper (this is on printer paper, as is most of my stuff)
Using a ruler (I forgot to bring it)
Drawing on a table instead of back of sketchbook against my knees (Gah, hiccup ruin lines! Amy smash!)
Drawing in better light! (well, people were sleeping...)
And above all, patience. I rush everything!
Other than those, I'd like to know your opinion, if you're reading please say something! I won't snap! ^_^
