Saw some ponies beings(No idea if they are "original" or are from canon) and one of those was a "Shell Pony" which was basically a pony with turtle shell. I kinda liked the concept and decided to take on it to make a new race... and it ended up looking like Lapras, which is *kind* of awesome, but still.
I couldn't decide what differences a male would have from a female, so I decided to be lazy and say that the only difference is eyelashes on the females.
