Ah, Rouge~ <3 My favourite character. =^^= I had really much fun while doing this meme and parts of this were drawn in the USA. X3 I think a couple of these needs a bit of explaining...
-I really hate how Sega made the werehog thing. They had a great chance to do something scary, gory and dark. But NOOOO! Let's ruin everything by just changing Sonic's looks and getting an excuse for a different gameplay. >.< The werehog mode should have been bloodthirst beast with no feelings or mercy and the transformation should have been really painful! So here Rouge has the werehog style I prefer.
-The anti-Rouge isn't mean and evil like the anti versions of most of the characters (because Rouge is already on the "dark side"). Anti-Rouge is kind, naiive, scarycat and totally pathetic. She can't fight at all, but she's awfully rich (even that she gives a lot of money to charity).
