Zbrush, Maya

The new unit is a Guardianlisk ( Zerg ). Very rough basic shapes at this stage, more about conceptualizing the unit's abilities after about 4 hours on it

A heavily armored zerg ground unit spawned from the Hive, The Guardianlisk evolved from mixing Protoss Stalker and Hydralisk DNA, it has developed plasmatic abilities which it utilizes as shield generator and a short ranged plasma attack.When multiple units and a Overlord is nearby the Overlord gains the ability to control and generate a plasma shield, giving +armor to nearby air and ground units.This unit is very slow moving due to its size, has limited short range and melee attacks mostly used for defense and against structures.Build time is very slow and its expected only 3 - 4 units will be used during a single match. The Guardianlisk can not be transported by the Nydus Network.
