There was free watercolor and free watercolor paper, so...First time using watercolor since... elementary school? Middle school? Can't remember. I'll just go with "forever ago".

Oooh, very pretty! The colors are awesome and your whale/fish and star are so well-defined (if I tried, it would've been very...eh, splotchy.) Where did you come across free watercolor and paper? Home?
