I've been wanting to do a True Detective related piece for a while now! And with the sun shining too brightly for me to work on commissioned pieces (directly onto screen, lots of blacks), I decided to do this instead. It's far from perfect, and I used a photo for reference, of course. But I'm quite happy with how this turned out. God, I love his face
