Oh damn. This has kinda pushed me over the edge to get Infinite next unless I can't afford it before SRIV.
Use of depth is incredible and the mostly monochrome background compliments the scheme of Elizabeth herself very well. Great work!

The end got rushed because, contrary to the Myth, @k is always trying to take away control form Ken Levine, and he had idiots threaten to leave because they made Comstock too mean (anti religion, y'know).
The game is not flawless, but it is head and shoulders above what has been offered in any media, Video game or otherwise. I realize there are some marquee titles coming out this year, Assassin's' Creed IV, GTA V, but honestly, they would have to do something truly epic to have a shot of taking Game of the Year away from Bioshock Infinite. Elizabeth has also set the new standard for game companions, from here on in, every time someone plays an "escort mission", they will wish they had Elizabeth.
And to the people whining about the guns, yeah, it is a pain, and yeah, they could have had a portable tear that lets you carry all the guns, but frankly, that was a stupid idea. This is a game that forces you to THINK, and yes, that includes "do I keep the sniper rifle, or go for the volley gun?"

Hopefully he has more control over the DLC content. If there's one thing I always say about Infinite, is that it's a game that would greatly benefit from a DLC story boost (and it's possibly my favorite of the trilogy for crying out loud.)

I agree. The game does allow for a LOT of DLC. Supposely, the news leaked out that the next DLC will have another companion. That is smart, as it plays up the great strngth of the game, namely an AI that feels more human than most people. I also heard one of them will actually star songbird; I hope this is true, as there is a lot to explore about him (especially as he does remind me a lot of subject delta from Bioshock 2)
Unfortunately, Ken does need to face the fact that as Call of Duty makes money, he will need to stop thinkign he can please the meatheads. I hear people whine about the two gun system; what they do not like is the fact that you have to THINK about what guns you carry.

The Sonbird DLC I heard might discuss his creation. Hopefully it leads to a Handyman bit, or a trip through Bettermen's Autobodies during a..um..."procedure".
The multi-gun thing of the previous games made it easier, but it was a pain to carry guns I never used. Just give me a burstgun or sniper rifle and an RPG and I'm gold.

Coincidentially, I just finished the game about an hour ago myself xD
It's indeed an absolute masterpiece, if only for the story. The shooter passages got quite tedious towards the end though, I have to say. Nothing really new or fresh there (aside from tears and sky-lines, which were indeed awesome - and elizabeth's more than useful assistance), and the fact that you were nearly constantly out of ammo because you could carry so little at a time ... grah!
Still, I really liked it all in all ^^
