Personality: Rune was once a former maid of House Nuvelle before it's destruction. She followed Constance to Abyss and has remained there ever since. Despite her burns, Rune has an uncanny ability to sneak about, so Yuri often tasked her with scoping out the above ground and feed the information back to him. Rune, typically, will do any job so long as she gets fair compensation for it. Rune holds a stoic, no-nonsense, sarcastic demeanor and goes about her life staying out of other peoples way. Due to a good portion of her body being burned, Rune has face a lot of prejudice and fear. She often wears a mask over her face and is so used to being harrassed for her burns that she has resigned herself to either living in Abyss, where the Wolves don't judge her as harshly, or wearing the mask for the rest of her life. Rune maintains a special patience, kindness, and devotion that she reserved specifically for other monastery orphans, and in turn, the monastery orphans look to her as a big sister and caretaker that they adore. Her close relationship to the children tends to come across as a surprise to other people.

Rune is a very composed person, though she has been known to snap and lecture the Wolves like a mother when they are particularly unhinged.
